By accessing or using BringToLife ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

BringToLife is a logo animation platform that allows users to upload logo files and create animated versions using various animation presets. The Service provides:

• Access to animation presets and templates
• Logo upload and processing capabilities
• Export of animated logos in multiple formats (MP4, WebM, GIF, MOV, APNG)
• Subscription-based access to premium features and additional animation presets
• Account management and project storage

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrighted logos or trademarks you do not own or have permission to use
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of this policy.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to logos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and store your content to provide the Service
• Generate animated versions of your logos
• Store your projects and exports in your account

Our Content

The Service, including all software, animation presets, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by BringToLife and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

Animation presets, templates, and the underlying technology are proprietary to BringToLife. You may use the animated outputs created through the Service for your own commercial or personal purposes, but you may not redistribute or resell the animation presets themselves.

BringToLife offers subscription plans (monthly and lifetime) that provide access to premium features and additional animation presets. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Automatically renew each month until cancelled. You will be charged the subscription fee on a monthly basis.
• Lifetime Subscriptions: One-time payment for lifetime access to premium features (subject to service availability).
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes with at least 30 days' notice.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscription fees. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Lifetime Subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for lifetime subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of purchase, contact us at bringtolifeapp@gmail.com for a full refund.

Refund requests must be made within the applicable time period. Once processed, your access to premium features will be revoked.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRINGTOLIFE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your account
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and content, subject to our data retention policies
• You will not be entitled to any refund for unused subscription periods (except as provided in our Refund Policy)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to registered users for significant changes
• Displaying a notice on our Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
